Here is the recipe:
1 Whole chicken
Seasoning - this is up to your discretion. You can use a seasoning packet, but making your own is just as easy and so much healthier. Many times I will use homemade taco seasoning. But you can use whatever you like - salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, thyme, sage, etc.
Directions: Rub seasoning on chicken, place in slow cooker, cook 6-10 hours.
Yes, that is it. Nothing else. When it is done it will be falling off the bone. I do have one suggestion: cook the chicken upside down, so breast side down. Breast meat is always so dry, by cooking it upside down, the breast meat is much more tender and juicy.
