I have been trying to make a good avocado dressing for a while and they have never turned out that great. I think I finally have a winner.
This version is very creamy. I still want to perfect a more tart version, but for now this will do.

I also usually try to compare my homemade dressings to store-bought, but I could not find a bottled version.
Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 cup plain yogurt3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup half and half
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Yep, that's it.
