it's not all about the calories - diet cake

It is not only about how many calories a food has. Just because it is low in calories and even if it only has a couple ingredients, that does not guarantee a healthy food. 

Have you seen these recipes lately?

The ones that say:

Just 2 Ingredients!
Under 100 calories per serving!

So maybe we don't need to eat a dessert of 800 calories. And cutting down on dessert excess is not a bad thing. But given the choice...

Diet Cake ingredients list:

...I'll take the 800 (ok maybe closer to 500) calories once in a while for the 30+ ingredients list.
