Happy Friday!
Sticking with the theme this week, I decided I would do a 5 for Friday about my coffee routine.
- Start off with good organic coffee
- Make sure you have a good coffee maker. Ours grinds the beans right before brewing!
- The perfect coffee mug
- I take my coffee with half and half or cream - no sweetener
- Make it more nutritious by adding some coconut oil. Buy it here.

ReplyDeleteI like to add variety and flavor by adding just one drop of cinnamon, peppermint or frankincense essential oil. It uplifts and flavor and helps create good body pH.

DeleteLove the ideas - but oil in my coffee! Aaah! Maybe when you have cream with it that would make sense. I love Arabica organic coffee (Organo with the mushroom) and the perfect coffee mug is a must! I'm new so, nice to meet you!!

DeleteSounds like you're pretty serious about your coffee!! Neither my husband nor I drink it--but we had to get a coffee maker for guests who stay at our house. We're so clueless about even the types of coffee to buy! I just let my parents pick out coffee for me to store here.
